We work closely with owners on jobs, where timing is critical, and the success and safety of the work depend primarily on pre-planning and pre-engineering.

We have a full staff of draftsman that work under our licensed professional engineer that provides a cross-trained crew that are well practiced in a variety of complex engineering disciplines which includes architectural and building design, site lay-out and storm water control, mechanical, civil and electrical.

The key to “budgeting” starts with listening.  Many times our customers know what they want; they just do not know what it may cost.  Thru many years of construction we have past information that we use as a guide when preparing budgets.  Many times our customers come to us with nothing more than a sketch on a piece of paper and are asking us to help hit a certain budget.  We can help you turn your dreams into reality.

After we complete “budgets” we work with owners to meet with the engineer to ensure the proper team coordination.  Our design professional for these efforts take our direction when it comes to the cost of materials, delivery, and timing.   Schedules are created to ensure the owner gets what they want, when they want it.  This level of coordination takes into consideration concept sketches, budgets, permitting and approvals, then finally the construction.  We will take every step possible to meet the owner’s delivery date.

General Contracting
On a daily basis Versatile Construction Group, LLC competes with other contractors where everyone has an opportunity to bid.  This bid/build general contracting keeps us all competitive in an open bid market and guarantees us to be more dedicated to our customers.  We bid and construct a variety of general contracting; whether it is demo, site work, new construction, remodel or tenant finish improvements.

Construction Management
On certain occasions owners may choose to just hire Versatile Construction Group, LLC to represent them as a construction manager.  These efforts are focused at representing an owner who wants to ensure that his architects and engineers are designing the most professional job and at the same time getting the best pricing from the most qualified sub-contractors and vendors.  As Construction Management Versatile Construction Group, LLC acts as the owner’s individual negotiator and reports accordingly.

Tenant Finish
Tenant finish is one of our specialties that our company provides.  We listened to owners and worked thru often complicated leasing arrangements to complete the finishes for many new tenants on a lease agreement with owner.  These projects are usually on a schedule and need to be synchronized and to be finished in a timely manner and within budget.
